An innovative, biophilic, design lead building set in London Fields. It is home to creative workspaces with a real sense of a cultural venue, fully committed to supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, and community.

Created by award-winning architects Estudio Cano Lasso, The building is filled with natural light and 1000’s of plants and trees – with stunning spaces for wellbeing and collaboration, including a private members’ cafe, large outdoor courtyard, and unique design features like the plant filled light tunnels that connect each floor.

The innovative workspace layout was inspired by designer Thomas Heatherwick’s studio in King’s Cross, which is one of the most creative environments in the world!

It’s the optimal balance between privacy and communality – the perfect environment for productivity and collaboration.

At the heart of all they do the provider of this space is B Corp Certified and was one of the first 200 businesses in the UK to gain the accreditation.

Not only are they B Corp Certified, they are a London Living Wage employer, and all of their buildings are fully powered by renewable energy.

The building boasts a number of features such as showers and changing rooms, meeting rooms and further breakout space, and on site café and CCTV for safety and security, as well as providing a regular series of activities to support wellbeing.
